Ring group doesn't ring phones after a few hours of server uptime

I'm experiencing an issue where inbound calls go directly to a ring group's voice mail, but only after the server has been running for a period of time.

I have the following configured:
1-Trunks
2-Inbound routes:
a) Any DID, Ring Group 601
b) DID1, Ring Group 601, default options
c) DID2, Ring Group 601, default options

3-Ring group: (only one so far)
Ring strategy: ring all
Ring Time: 15
Extension list: 4 extensions chosen
Destination if no answer: Test Voice Mail (unveil)
-remaining options are defaults

Although I did configure and play with the time conditions and time groups at one time, none exist now.

I have tried deleting the routes and ring group, and recreating them. They work fine at first, but then go to voicemail, as indicated in the ring group configuration. It does not ring the extensions. I've tried several different ring strategies when the PBX eventually fails to act on these, and nothing works.

However, if I stop and start amportal, the phones start ringing once again.

Is there some sort of memory leak? Is there something I can do to reset whatever is triggering this? I though I would have resolved this by taking the steps above, but only restarting asterisk seems to do the trick.

What kind of endpoint phones are connected to the ring group? What is their re-registration time value?

We'd also need to see the logs (from the full file) when the call comes in (feel free to sanitize) and someone's going to post and ask you to include your status screen info with versions etc.

Will do. I have Aastra 6757i phones, with one CT model. I bought an Aastralink to test out for an office installation and will get a log and screen status when I can re purpose the phones.

Didn't get far

I did not pursue it. I was on a deadline and it was causing enough of an issue that I bought an appliance, but I'd rather use PAIF instead.

Let me know if you need help. If I have some time I'll fire up the PIAF server let it run and hopefully ATSAK may be available to look at the logs.

I deleted and recreated most of the configuration, so unless there was something I overlooked, I was looking at a complete re installation.

I ended up doing a full reboot instead of a stop/start and I've been good for 4 days now. I did notice my App Mem prior to reboot was running in the high 80s post reboot we havent been above 30 so I am suspecting that had something to do with it.
