I'm experiencing an issue where inbound calls go directly to a ring group's voice mail, but only after the server has been running for a period of time.
I have the following configured:
1-Trunks
2-Inbound routes:
a) Any DID, Ring Group 601
b) DID1, Ring Group 601, default options
c) DID2, Ring Group 601, default options
3-Ring group: (only one so far)
Ring strategy: ring all
Ring Time: 15
Extension list: 4 extensions chosen
Destination if no answer: Test Voice Mail (unveil)
-remaining options are defaults
Although I did configure and play with the time conditions and time groups at one time, none exist now.
I have tried deleting the routes and ring group, and recreating them. They work fine at first, but then go to voicemail, as indicated in the ring group configuration. It does not ring the extensions. I've tried several different ring strategies when the PBX eventually fails to act on these, and nothing works.
However, if I stop and start amportal, the phones start ringing once again.
Is there some sort of memory leak? Is there something I can do to reset whatever is triggering this? I though I would have resolved this by taking the steps above, but only restarting asterisk seems to do the trick.
