Hello!
I am using a Vonage SoftPhone as one of my outbound trunks, but it isn't working. I can call in, but it just rings no matter what the server thinks its doing, and I can call out but it never connects to the vonage server and falls through to my other trunk after about 10 seconds of nothingness.
I posted before about something similar to this, and I was told to disable fax detection - I did, but that did not help.

I also have another issue. I am using the NV Reminders software to call PSTN phones (Private use) using my outbound PSTN trunk since the Vonage isn't working. The message automatically plays when the calls is connected, not when it is actually answered. The phone doesn't even ring before the message is over (depending on length) What can I do to resolve these two issues?
