SSH, HTTP not working [solved]
I have an odd problem I wondered if anyone had any insight into. I setup a new Purple PBIAF about ten days ago (this is the one I had the nightmare with IAX trunks on - it seems to be cursed) on a Dell GX280.
For some reason, I can not reach the server via SSH and HTTP from time to time on my network (the desktop hosting it previously was in use without incident). The phones still work, incoming calls work, and so on, but I can't manage the system.
I'll leave it for a few minutes, then everything starts working again.
My best guess is a hardware problem of some sort but it seems odd the phones would continue to work if that was the problem. I've tried simpler things like ethernet cables, switches, etc (though the phones still work so not sure how that could be). I also tried disabling fail2ban and iptables (since its behind a firewall anyway).
What log could I look at for this? The asterisk log shows everything is fine (ie no errors).
